Team Celebrations for Pearland guests.

Start with the people and the achievement you want to recognize. Bring your ideas to Texas AZ Paradise Ranch in Richmond and see what feels right for your guests coming from Pearland.

Arrange a Tour

Your event

Start with what needs to happen.

Give recognition its own time

Sketch the order of welcome, remarks or awards, food, photos, and time together. Bring your headcount and any presentation ideas to the tour.

For guests coming from Pearland

Send Pearland colleagues the agenda, ranch address, and expected arrival time together.

Ask before you book

Ask where guests should sit to see the presentation and still have room to socialize afterward.

The details

Work through the event.

Give the achievement its moment. That might mean a few remarks and photos before dinner, or a larger presentation followed by a party. Walk the ballroom with your expected headcount and a short program in hand. You can see where people will look during recognition and where they can relax afterward.

Photos help you get a feel for the ranch. A visit lets you see where guests might sit, where the main part of your event could happen, and what your vendors would need to bring. We can talk through your plans at the venue.

What to consider for team celebrations.

Recognize the team

Give presentations and awards their own place in the schedule, with time for dinner and conversation afterward.

A flexible flow

Talk through seating, a focal point, and transitions so the room supports the event rather than dictating it.

Make it your own

Bring your brand and visual ideas to the venue tour and discuss what your team will need on the day.
