The details
Work through the event.
During Ramadan, Iftar begins when the fast ends at sunset. Many guests will want dates and water ready at that moment, then time for Maghrib prayer before or around dinner according to the group’s plan. Work backward from the date’s local sunset: when should guests arrive, when will food be ready, and will there be a short reminder or community program? Bring the caterer’s menu and halal requirements, if any, to the tour. Confirm any prayer arrangement and meal timing with the ranch rather than assuming a dedicated space or service.
